Will I get an order confirmation?
After your order is placed, a confirmation email will arrive shortly. Be sure to look in your Junk/Spam folder as well. If the confirmation email doesn't reach you, please reach out to our customer support email at minimalvintageclothing@gmail.com.
Can I change or cancel my order once it's placed?
We begin processing orders right away after they're placed. If a change is needed, get in touch with us as quickly as you can. We can't guarantee that modifications will be possible, but we'll do everything we can to help.
Why did my payment get declined?
Declined payments can happen because of wrong card details, not enough funds, or your bank's security settings. Try another payment method or reach out to your bank for help.
Shipping
Our handling window is 2–3 business days. Orders are prepared Monday to Friday, excluding major holidays.
Absolutely. As soon as your item ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
If your delivery is running late or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out to our support team at minimalvintageclothing@gmail.com and we’ll gladly help you sort it out.
Return & Refund
You're covered by a 30-day return policy. If an order doesn't meet your expectations, you can send eligible items back within 30 days of the delivery date.
Should an item reach you damaged or faulty, reach out to our support team right away and include a short description along with photos of the damage. We'll get it sorted for you as quickly as possible.
After your return is delivered and checked, we'll email you to confirm it arrived and let you know whether the refund was approved or declined. Once approved, the refund is issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

How do I know whether an item is available?
Every product currently available is shown on our site. If something you want appears to be sold out, just reach out to our support team and we'll be glad to help.
Are the items genuine and well made?
Absolutely. We work only with reliable suppliers and check that everything we sell lives up to strict quality standards.
Is gift wrapping available?
We don't provide gift wrapping for now, though every order is packed with care before it heads your way.
Can I place a made-to-order request?
We're not able to take custom orders at this time.
